i thought they were good. their compant guys are hourly. if i go back company. im lookibg fotlr ltl all day.

 

Right, I was a company driver... Pay was decent but LTL would certainly pay better...

i did regional and local friday. midnight to 5pm. longgggg day. was so happy to go home. was in my car about to go home and i get a call to do local. elogs would of put a stop to that. mind you i was on 3 hours of sleep. its just not worth it at times.

things are good, the company lost the tanker contract because someone forgot what they were hauling and ended up in a ditch on the pa turnpike, so I'm now stuck hauling refers from nj to Carlisle for 400 a trip as a company driver while I get a truck that can go into the ports... looking to buy a 03 Kenworth t800 to go in and out of the ports probably will post picture tomorrow to see what you guys think

about a dollar a mile, but the truck is poorly maintained, I don't feel like repeating myself too much about the stuff that needs fixing and I'm really picky with what I drive so that's the only thing that I don't like

 

Pretty good for a company gig though. Especially if you can do one per day.

 

this is the truck has less than 300k original miles does need some tlc, its a c15 engine and 24.5 wheels 03 kw t800, I'm not a big fan of the tires but I can run it for the time being, he knows the interior is all messed up so he is not going to charge labor whenever I decide to fix it... I'm planning to lowball him at 10k because he is dying to get rid off since its sitting in the yard for the past 2 or 3 months... what do you guys think?
