That heavy stuff is gonna feel like you moved A THOUSAND cases (or more) a day. A friend's kid does it, and he's only 23, and wore OUT by the EOD.

Hoping @Mike2633 shows up... he's our TTR food service guru... go look at some of his posts in the LTL thread I mentioned. It's something I've never done, but were I younger starting out, sure would, man.

    Mike2633 Thanks this.

ps: I pulled doubles/pups for FedEx/LineHaul back in my OTR days, and it's really not that hard. Just make SURE you get that endorsement. Doubles/Triples. Hazmat doesn't hurt either, especially if you get a job pulling boxes, that happen to be hauling totes with some hazmat content in them. Am I right, @Bob Dobalina ?

Yep, plus the tank endorsement for when you have several of those totes. Over 1,000 gallons in totes triggers the requirement for a tank endorsement.

    Mike2633 and G13Tomcat Thank this.

No matter. Tank is an easy test. :)

I thought only ONE of those totes triggered that since they hold more than 119 gallons apiece.

If I'm wrong, feel free to tell me to shut up. :biggrin_25523:

I actually WISH I knew the answer to this. It trips me up, as well. Granted, I've got all the endorsements, but sure would like to know. I actually think you are right.. One tote.

    Mike2633 Thanks this.

What I would do if I was you is cast a wide net and see who calls first. Then you figure compensation packages and what not and what works best for your life and give it a shot.

    G13Tomcat Thanks this.
