    Assigned trucks aren't going anywhere. Believe what you want. Programs and truck assignments are at the discretion of the GTM. The changes coming will be the elimination of set runs and wpm runs more then likely.

    Programs are approved by Bentonville. We've made several suggestions and been turned down.

    So, are 5 on, 2 off drivers with assigned trucks going to be forced into 5/2-5/3 programs? If so, I'm looking for another job.

    That's a crappy way to have to work.

    We may not make quite what you Walmart folks make, probably 10-15k a year less, but having a bid run with an assigned trailer, and an assigned tractor count for A LOT IMO.
