Inter axle differential switch

I see freightliner cascadia 2014 doesn't come with inter axle diff the switch button should be over the susp switch button and no 5thwheel air slide switch button !!!!! It's weird 2014 Freightliner doesn't come with this

 

So what you thing Where's the issue if the trucks doesn't come with this tow think . 5th wheel air slde and inter axle diff I think better when the trucks have it .. specially inter axle diff makes the rear axle pulling stronger
I heard drivers say not good enough if the truck comes without this specialty for reefer loads or sometimes heavy loads don't know what they mean . I know this one only use mud or sand ground
