This guy owes our company $15000.00. We paid for his motor to be rebuilt. Then he quit.

So I'm the bad guy. I didn't sue I just moved on at the expense of my company.

Too bad some people forget to tell the whole story.

 

Interesting. This man took our money (about 15 grand) to repair the motor in his truck. Then begged us not to take payments until he was back on his feet. So I had compassion on him. Then he got on his feet and leased his truck to another company and left us with the promise to pay story and the bill remains unpaid.

I'd be happy to provide our contract and all supporting documents to cure his amnesia.
