I am trying to apply at Schneider and was involved in an accident almost 3 years ago. It was a rear end collision(20-30mph) and I was not cited however did make an insurance claim. The accident does not show on my mvr but when I run a check through lexisnexis it does show as "0 reported claims, 1 possible claim.
From what I have seen so far Schneider is pretty stricken on safety violations. I know this is something I "should" list but because of certain personal circumstances right now schneider would by far be my best option and I don't want to risk getting black listed.
I should also mention that I am fresh out of school with no experience and that no other information is listed on lexisnexis other than damage amount. -thanks

You don't want to lie or purposely withhold information on the application. List it and write down the circumstances if there's an option

That's a tough one. It asks you to list any accidents or violations. Even if you weren't cited you should list it. If you don't list it, and sni sees it, you are guaranteed to not get hired. They frown upon not being honest on your application or in your interview.

If the op wants, I can get clarification tomorrow from the person who would know 100%.

Just to be on the safe side, list the accident on your application explaining the circumstances. If nothing else, you will be seen as being honest vs. running the risk of being seen as a liar by omission.

Good luck to you! God bless you and your family!
