BREAKING NEWS: Babin introduces bill in House to delay ELD mandate

In light of mounting confusion, complications and questions, Rep. Brian Babin, R-Texas, introduced a bill in the House of Representatives on Tuesday that would delay the electronic logging mandate for two years.

I question what it to be gained by a delay, we've all known it was coming and there are a lot of more important things for congress to address for us, like CARB.
