Clovis NM. I don't see how this state is considered so out of the way for everyone. I like it, but it gets more than enough hate from all other states.
Colorado seems nice if it weren't for the winters. And Texas is just becoming transplant land. So many In N Outs popping up over there, I'm surprised there hasn't been a turf war with Whataburger, lol!!

Yeah, the low and high end of the pay scale there seems quite dismal. But it's at least consistent. I only had two loads to run through the cheeseplant last night. 4-5 is the "magic" number. But for the past, few months, IRT has become the king of out bound loads again.
That and if certain loaders load a cheeseplant load, they take it straight to the SML drop yard instead of the company dropyard. $20 on top of the $65 for loading. Money out of the designated shuttlers pockets.
I'm trying to get back onto loading again myself on a four night basis. But we'll see how that gets decided.

Trying to work things out here, while also keeping my eye out the window for the best haywagon to jump on!!

 

Only thing killing me right now is an $800 truck payment due to some weird garbage that occurred with me. Got rid of two cars I didn't need, but took a hit of $800/mo, to avoid $1400/mo.
