As long as your truck can supply the necessary constant power, bring whatever you want. Plenty of ps4's xbox's gaming laptops ect.. touring the country...

I have a switch for what little downtime i get throught the week. (Regional Flatbed) helps when your waiting 3-6 hrs because shipper doesnt have load ready or like tonight.
Pulled oversize to reciever. Contractor sent a guy home early so i couldnt get offloaded. Dropped trailer and bobtailed back to the rest area. -
I would recommend focusing on sleep instead. Use the gaming very limited in very quiet waiting times like a hour or two at most once a day. Remember the technology emitting the screen resets your clock for biological sleep and it becomes a problem where you accumulate a sleep debt which is not good for you at night.
The other problem is a sort of addiction, you can focus on the game stuff and trucking will literally not be taken care of by you if you fall victim to it.
Be very careful with this. Im a powerful gamer myself but frankly have cut way way back on everything over the years. Gaming today is not what it was in my time on the road hooking into online battles via dialup.MOBee, flatbeb mac and QuietStorm Thank this.
