Yes I do and even with the tolls I'm still making more net wise than I ever did was Schneider Point Blank.... because my rates are way higher and I also get near double the fuel discounts that Schneider offers...with all that...im putting more $$in the bank than i did with sni..

It's all good driver. I've always said as long as you are happy doing what you're doing, then nothing else matters...
You always come across as angry and upset in your posts. Especially when you were at Schneider. I would look at my time at Schneider as a stepping stone onto bigger and hopefully better things. I expect to leave Schneider and move onto something else eventually. I think this might happen this December when the new operating agreement comes out....
The Net I make at Schneider is at least as good as what you are making over at Mercer, so I have no reason to leave, yet...
If I had to pay tolls, living in upstate New York, I would be done with Schneider today...
And I understand you get better fuel discounts than Schneider. I do as well, because I use NASTC here in the Northeast and they always beat Schneider's 'discount'...
Life is what you make it. As is your job...

I think I finally found the final straw. Overall, not a big loss, but it made me feel very ill in regards to what happened.
Booked a load going from the Urbandale down to Kansas City. Short load, paid just under $700.00.
About an hour later, after a couple other loads I had also been watching were gone, the rate dropped to $320.00. Not sure why, but when I review the loads on the qualcomm, I always go back and look at the rate info to make sure all is good. This time, it wasn't.
So, I call in, and managed to get nowhere with my complaining. I was told that the rate "probably" got adjusted because it was a relay. I argued that the rate was not what I agreed to, and that I had already lost other potential loads by taking this one. And no, I had not printed or done a screenshot of the rate, not that it was going to matter.
Finally, I asked where the load originated from. It originated just over 100 miles away, and I was taking it just under 200 miles. Somehow, more than 50% of the rate got snatched off of the load, even though I was hauling it the majority of the miles. The rate cut made the load absolutely worthless, and as mentioned, the other loads I was watching were now gone.
This isn't the first time a rate was changed on me, but the first time I didn't manage to get the total rate added back to my load.QuietStorm, scythe08, mxpx148 and 3 others Thank this. -

if they truly had made a mistake, I would have absorbed it all much better if they had contacted me and been up front. Quietly changing something though, after accepting the load is just dirty.
And now, I am having to waste time straightening out a $450 IFTA deduction for June. Clearly, somebody screwed up, but as usual, they just enter the deduction, and nobody thinks to make a call or anything. No telling how often something like this gets messed up and it never even gets checked. -
