Attention all company drivers!!!

Who cares the Industry flat out Sucks so go back in your hole Mr Rat. The Industry needs Unionization.

Thats funny. I work at a union barn, i have seen more union rats in 3 years than my previous 16 years in non union shops...

 

It's USA trucking, 20 years ago they had bad reviews. What can they possibly see, that hasn't been posted or true.

 

I ran into a recurter at one of the trucking shows. He said can I interest you in a exciting career with "X" company. I have been in driving since 1984, I have been a owner operator since 1995. I looked at him and replied" why, so you can feed me a line of BS and tell me how much money I'm going to make and how much home time I am going to get"? He looked at me and walked away. A lot of new guys I come across, tell me about how they were promised this and getting that. And even being threatened to have their CDL taken away if they don't stay with the company.

 

It's not lawful for a company to revoke a CDL. I don't even understand how newbies can be frightened by such empty threats from a company.

Take it from me when I hear threats from a boss or whoever inside a company structure? Im gone. Either that or let's get outisde and see. Ive been presented with some situations like that several times. But only out of bullheaded stuborness of two people. Not threatening to strip licenses from drivers.

I suggest to newbies, if they hear that threat, take off find another company.

 

You and me both, I like to see a federal case made of it.
