I had oral surgery one time and prescription for Percocet. Didn't want the Percocet in my system since I have a cdl, so I used over-the-counter Ibuprofen instead and gifted the Percocet to my then girlfriend.

I was sucking in a life savor last fall, turned that thing sideways and it down , broke a tooth right in half , exposed the nerve , excruciating . It was 3 in the morning , I had 45 miles to the receiver , and and a little over an hour til my delivery time at 430 am, and it was Saturday. Finished that trip in a literal pain daze.

So , canton Mississippi , 5 am Saturday morning , can't see straight pain , and need a dentist fast ......yeah lol that was fun ......ended up at a country doctor , not a dentist , who didn't take my insurance ....cash only .......and all he did was give me a bunch of extra strength Advil and some of those gel ice packs as a fix til I could see a proper dentist. Found one in Pearl Miss on Monday , yanked that thing right out , checked into a hotel for a day , and right back to work Tuesday afternoon lol

Never tried it, but was told if you put an aspirin on the bad tooth, then bite down on it and let it soak into the tooth, it helps a lot.

I did try that after seeing the doc , and also tried grinding a pill up and making a paste out of it to apply to the pain area .......but I was in so much pain, I couldn't tell you if it worked or not

That's what I'm talking about. You can't mess around when it comes to teeth pain and infections.
