Where's u tankers loading at this morning

So this whole day involved me doing a massive 3 mile drive from the loves, to my customer in midland and unloading at 8:30 am. Get done at 11:30am and send in my ,"you forgot about me again" call. Get a "working on it"

And. *crickets*

So I get a text a few minutes ago ,can you be in Shreveport tomorrow morning.

Told him no, not interested. Really irritated me. Been sitting the entire day and they tell me at 9pm, hey we want you to run all night, right now. Done doing that to my body. Done risking mine and others safety.

Kinda moot, since he'll just have one of his 1000 mile a day guys do it. Let them fall asleep and go off the road for .40 a mile.

Jesus, that really irked me.

 

Grabbed a preload out of the yard for Dow Wilmington, Il. 6:30 appt. They have no room for the product and don't want me to leave, they tell me by 14:00 the latest they'll start unloading me, Dispatch says that's fine wait it out, no problem with me glad I grabbed smokes on the way down here

 

Gotta believe smoking is against a 1/2 dozen rules at least ........

 

Trying to quit but..
I'm no where near the tank farm, sitting in an old parking lot in the middle of corn fields

 

That corporation was right up there with Exxon in the PIA factor..........
