I would think Freightliner in Houston would have a dyno.

Is it an ex-Maverick truck by chance?

A friend of mine got his dpf/ def/egr deleted for around 4500$. It was on a cat c15. The mechanic left all the parts on the truck so upon visual inspection you couldnt tell it was deleted, but everything related to those systems was either deleted or disabled through tuning. I just had my truck done as well. I do not have a def system though, but it was the best 3500$ I've spent. I get better mpg and have more power. No more regening every other day.

Hope no one was in the path of Harvey.

A week off getting work on the truck done and having a breather before going back out. Probably gonna run up until the end of September then take a week or two off for a buddy's wedding and to get moved. Been staying plenty busy.

I'm curious if any of you have the PTO on an auto tranny or heard of any issues with it.

I've not dealt with it personally, but I know the manufacturer specific transmissions (DT12, i-shift,etc) sometimes aren't able to run a PTO whereas the automated Eaton Fuller transmissions can.

    subseaguru Thanks this.

I-shift/M-drive PTO comes out the back of transmission. They have just come out with one for a DT12, it is rear mount also but not sure it can be installed on the early ones. Eaton has a right side and a bottom mount just like the manual transmission.

Thanks for the replies. I have an Eaton. the owners manual has a small paragraph about the PTO. The PTO's I've used in the past were all manual.

The eaton ultra shift is a eaton manual with a computer and x - y shifter in place of the stick. If you ever drove a I-shift you would kick and cuss the eaton.

    win-some-loose-less Thanks this.
