Fairly new here working a 6/3 out of 7045 DC in Mount Crawford, Va. Was looking for things I can do to boost my pay/ADP? I've been here almost 2 years and it's about $280. I see lots of you guys have much higher so wonder if I'm doing something wrong. Do we need to be on duty for everything and all time at stores? Any other ideas all I know is I'm always out of hours only couple into 6th day.
Thanks
Tips or Advice please, running low on hours.

I've been here about a year and a half. Never seem to use whole 11 because run out of 14 first. In my 6 days probably get 2300-2400 miles plus stop pay. On last day usually only have couple hours left

you could save some time by going off duty at the stores, just don't tell woodenleg about it.

280 net? For a week?
You can do 5 times that OTR with a .50 a mile run halfway across the USA. Hand over fist piles of pay coast to coast...
280 isnt much, that's starvation wages to me. It's time the industry did a minimum of 1000 check salary to all drivers of heavy vehicles, costs be ######.DoubleO7 Thanks this. -
I will say a lot of it has to do with where you are driving. When my husband gets stuck in CA a lot, in a pay period, his ADP goes way down. There is nothing you can do when it can take and hour to drive 20 miles.
I know there are a lot of guys on here who have been on 6 day programs. They probably know how to maximize it best for earnings. I know the 6 day programs can affect your ADP. -
It's that day 6 that's killing your ADP. If you go off duty a few minutes here and there, all day, all week, you can save enough to work longer on day 6. That's what we were told to do in orientation.
