Solar Eclipse

Bonnie Tyler will be singing her song during the eclipse on a ship.It will be the long version,8 minutes with a band I forgot who.

 

I'm more concerned about the locusts plague happening the following day.

 

The universe will be selling T shirts at Loves 'Eclipse 17' for $15. Great gifts for that special driver or trainee.

Proceeds will go to fund the alien children's hospital on the planet NASA won't admit is there.

I watched a simulation of a Madrid failure generating 8.0 It dropped the I-40 bridge, I 55 bridge (That one is intentially allowed to drop, cheaper to replace) but when I saw the 7 shockwaves travel to little rock along US 67 one after the other, I knew that after they passed through underfoot Im a dead man along with tens of thousands of others.

Why worry or stress? Ya know? If it's time it's time. But Ive still some unfinished business. Don't mind if I want to stick around a while longer.

 

My biggest concern would be my wife. If the bridge here went down, she works on the other side. Our horses are also over there. If everything were here, it wouldn't be that big of a deal...mount up and travel where we need to. But when I've got that river between me & the wife AND phone systems are down, that's where my concern lies.

 

I can tell you looking at our load board this morning, the eclipse has already caused many of our agents to lose their minds.

 

New Mardrid goes boom, the effects will be felt all the way to Pennsylvania, depending upon severity.

My own hometown of Meadville has a (very minor) fault close by that connects to the New Madrid line. A good shake will seriously screw a major portion of I-80, I-90, I-70, I-71, I75 (just off the top o'me head) not to mention any number of US routes.

New Madrid can stay nice and quiet for another century or so as far as I'm concerned.
