    Soap based washer fluid.
    Roll down the windows
The tears will wash whatever was in your eye out.
Spotlight, and firefly magnetic beacons...red in back,Amber in front.
    Change the fuse.
Turn the wipers on high and squirt the washer fluid in before the bug guts dry.

Btw, applying rainex on the windshield helps tremendously.

    That's what I do when I'm riding.

Oh, wait... you're not talking about eyes.

I often tell the open deck specialized guys and the heavyhaulers that the only person that can really help you is another driver that's already been where you want to be. Hence be nice and respectful and cordial.

    CDL requires both eyes.

    https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/sites/fmcsa.dot.gov/files/docs/visionfinalreport10-16-98.pdf

There is precious few waivers or exemptions for those who have vision issues.

Anyone can drive a car with one eye. But big trucks? no. Not without a waiver and a number of other documentation.

The number of disqualifying vision problems exceed my ability to post. All I can do is point you to the best link from FMCSA themselves and let you check with the DOT physical examiner who will have a definite answer for you.

I have had a eye surgery done myself with a fixed focus lens installed to eliminate a cataract. That makes that eye disqualifying for CDL work. I use trifocals to work around well enough and do better without glasses at all in some situations.

I knew a guy with one glass eye that held a class A CDL. He was a local driver so it may have been intrastate only, I don't know. I don't know if he had a waiver or whatever but he did hold a class A CDL with current med card. I do remember him telling me that he had to jump through a bunch of hoops so that very well could have been the waiver.
