    So does mine. I'm on a 1 year med card because of it. Doubling up on meds before a physical makes my BP right where it should be.

    I'm on a 1 year med card also, but I'm only on my meds when needed like if its starts to run high other than that it stay pretty low for the most part

    Good luck with Swift. From someone who used to train, if you aren't learning what you think you should from your trainer/mentor, ask for another one. It'll save you a lot of headaches & learning the hard way later down the road.
