i'm surprised no one kicked the crap outta the western driver. i say "give him a beat down" what can the cops do..?? he got "hurt" in the accident is what they will think!

i think Swift looks like better divers right now.

well, i dunno about where you live, but i live in a big city, response time from call to respond is about 5 minutes, but for me, i live in an area the rescue/fire dept are nearby, police are always around.

so do you realistically believe they can get to the highway any faster than the inner cities.>??

if so, you are jaded in your thoughts about responding to any highway emergency...

even the state police, or highway patrols, cannot respond all that fast, UNLESS they were traveling in the SAME direction, as the accidents.

that whole timed video, was all of 5 MINUTES by the way.....no one responds ANY FASTER than that on a highway.

and yer point about that is/was..?????

do you realistically believe emergency response teams show up when you hang up the phone?

    are you even a driver?

you been out there for over 35 years like me and HAD TO CALL for help and WAIT a while before anyone shows up?

you need to get real with the reality

    That surprises me too,
But then maybe most of them didn't see who caused the wreck and why it happened.

Did you even listen to the tape?

Are you even reading what I wrote? Don't think so.

Driver I don't care if you have been out here for 35 years as that fact has nothing to do with anything in this thread.

I commented driver taping never got out and checked on anybody. You said you THOUGHT it was the guy in the red shirt. Review the tape. Wrong

You said maybe he was calling for help. I refuted that. You then pointed out response time, no problem except it had nothing to do with my comment.

You also advocated violence against the WE driver. You judge and jury able to take the law into your own hands and pass out punishment?

Is this real enough with the reality?

No doubt. And no doubt he won't get anything from the insurance company for it that comes anywhere near paying it's "sentimental value" or collector's value. Best he can hope for is a nice Western Express settlement offer to take some of the sting out of the loss.
