The most basic basis of contract law is that: Something must be given. Something must be received. The contract is only a piece of paper with an agreement on it. Without the given and received. The paper means nothing.

They used to give a CDL out to any warm body that passed the test, or a least faked it well enough. A couple of years ago they the feds (under Obama) forced the states that were handing out CDLs to illegals to prove citizenship or surrender the CDL.

But you write documents and so on, how many more pages do you need before something does happen? Let's say you kept the papers in the truck and there was a proper wreck involving death or serious injury. Everything at that moment absolutely is frozen while accident investigators and the Law goes over EVERYTHING INSIDE THAT TRACTOR AND THEN YOU.

Imagine if they got a hold of that incriminating and then tell you why didnt you leave? You would in some ways be signing and writing yourself into jail....

 

Plus if the op does decide to try and sue no lawyer will take him if he allows it to happen.
