When doing a background check. Do you put down your plea charge,or do you put down what they was going to charge you with?

They're gunna see everything...but u usually plea out to a lesser charge! so that would be his conviction! Chances are there's numerous charges I wouldn't put them all down. Just the conviction! That's just me!

My friend has a discharge....in that case he puts no criminal record

I'm saying that's just what I would do! Why put numerous charges on an app? When u we're only convicted of one.

I had a background check done with Sterling talent solutions. For the misdemeanor charge I'm speaking on it says original charge disorderly conduct.
