Call the DOT without giving your name and ask them to set down the street and pull over some random trucks. Tell them what to look for and hang up. No one needs to know who called.

Oh wait I'll put it this way for you,
If you've been in this industry 40 years and you've not had to file complaints on a company before you most likely wouldn't know the correct procedure and or appropriate state or federal office to contact. So what do you do.....ASK!
It's kinda the same as me having been at it for 27 yrs but I know Jack about flat , or HH or tankers.
