Ok saw a few videos of people cooking on thier trucks. It left me with a few questions.

    1. How do you do the dishes?

    2. Doesnt it make the truck stink.

Glad to see its not going to be all truck stop food or sandwiches

Small plastic tub cleans them. Depends on what you cook. I think the cooking leaves my truck smelling great. Just get rid of trash properly. Don't just throw it out in the parking area.

Get two spray bottles. In one have soapy water in the other you have clean water. Wash & rinse in a plastic tub.

My husband was so burnt out on truck stop food after training and wanted home cooked food on the road. Instead of cooking everything right in the truck, I freeze portion sizes of home cooked meals for him to take. I invested in a good vacuum sealer so there's no freezer burn and he can just toss the bag after he opens it.

He heats them up in an air fryer or microwave (depending on how ambitious he is) and uses paper plates. His actual cooking is limited to omelets (omelet maker-easy cleanup) and burgers in the airfryer (he just dumps the grease and there's no real cleanup)

I made him his favorite pasta for the first couple of days which just needs to be heated up in the microwave.

This seems to work great for him and there's hardly any clean up needed and he hadn't mentioned anything about the smell.

I have a Della freezer that i keep in the truck along with one of those lunchbox ovens. my wife makes me healthy meals and freezes them. when i come home she puts them in my freezer and away i go. she puts the meals in the mid size aluminum foil pans so they can fit in the oven on the truck. Ill stop about an hour and a half before my break and put the meal in the oven then let it cook. once i get to wherever i am taking my break, i have a nice home cooked meal and toss the trash in the trashcan. this week i have lamb chops with jasmine rice and sweet tomatoes, beef strips with broccoli and cheese, inasal chicken with fried rice and spaghetti and meatballs along with my breakfast sausages and corn dogs :)

I used paper plates/plastic utensils. Wendy's has especially good utensils.
