Hire an attorney. Throw yourself at the mercy of the court and PLEA it down to a misdemeanor.
It was 7 grams for Chrissakes.

I know there were scales.. but 1st offense issues and circumstances.. they have bigger fish to fry.

They need productive citizens in the system PAYING taxes.. not draining resources.

If money was a problem to get your cdl, don't know why you chose to sell dope instead of just going to a company that paid for cdl/ training. Yes you are indebted to them until they are paid off, but better than where you are at now.

 

It is not in accurate. They died from consuming pot laced with fermaldhyde. If it wasn't laced with that they could still have died.

Btw the laws for pot and all drugs arent strict enough. Caught dealing and you hang. Caught using automatic rehab. Busted again life in prison or hanging.
