ok first of all, elogs have nothing to do with the b.s. you are spouting in regard to the 30 minute rule.
Second, I did post the regulations. Are you not able to read or is there another reason you ignored them?
I don't care how many years you have been driving or using elogs. You are simply wrong.

Actually lets do a little test I have yet to ever get an answer to.
Show me one single regulation that limits on-duty time. No, not driving time based on on-duty, but the actual amount of on-duty time is limited.

The reason I've never gotten an answer is there isn't one.

    scottied67 Thanks this.

You will get one as far as what u just spouted
I have went to court against DA' n tx-ia and went to court in tn so what I am spouting is what I have personally done & witnessed in those states not to mention corrected the log lady at former company on the 30 rule and h is
Back n Jan of this year owner of company said had 216 co violations last year due to the co using a log scanning equipment for company logs

DOT can write all the tickets they want. I'll got court and get it tossed.

If you are moving the truck and you are outside any of the 4 clocks the elog will have a hissy fit as it warns you that you cannot drive. However no violation will be recorded provided you were on duty when the truck moved. If you are off duty, another story.

In answer to your little test as far as time limit of being on duty
It is 14 hrs from the time u start ur clock for the day
I NEVER stated the truck had to move but once u start that clock you DO have a limit and that would be 14 hrs
With or without moving your truck
In which no one ever stated that your truck was ever moved.
