Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

i just checked it too. i saw nothing also
BackIsSore Thanks this. -
saw that, was testing drivers at Coldwater on Monday, but that is subject to change I'm sure.

From what I was told yesterday in Marcy is they had 15 guys retire(Marcy, DC). They hired 15 more and they broke even and they're still hiring for Marcy. as for Johnstown the safety guy told me they were looking for 6 guys.
now I'm starting to get nervous, because the website is indeed showing nothing for openings for drivers anywhere. uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhg
I was offered a conditional employment pending back ground (Came back eligible fore hire), a few sheets of paper that needed to be signed by past employers, and basically them down in Arkansas giving the final approval....im scare. Walmart had me on cloud 9 yesterday with how impressive they treat and take care of their drivers....

You should be ok they just put a freeze on any applications Gm said we just hired 3
-
They have hired an excess of drivers because they expect to lose as much as 30% after the first of the year. Keep turning in applications, may just take longer to get called...depends on what goes next month or so...Dub_ya307 Thanks this.

You cannot turn in an application right now. There are zero openings posted.
-
Should have said: as soon as they have an opening or start taking apps again.
-
Way things are sounding, you might want to wait to see what changes they are making to drivers...might not be as desirable job as it is now

i bet a $100 bill that all the gravy programs are gone start next week. no more set runs, 6/3,3/2,etc. no more calling the rock and leaving cause you don't want to live load, etc. more back hauls more gro loads. more work period. the problem is wm truly does want there private fleet doing it. but need drivers that dont mind cameras. that dont mind 5 14 hour days. basically people that want to make money. not tell stories in the break room or shower area. that shift correctly that drive without getting a folder full of triggered events to sign.
