How are O/O making a living at $1.00 a mile

Oh and before you latch on to that, I am still listed as an agent/driver on his payroll so it's all legit. I don't get paid but technically I'm still employed there.

I never said he couldn't load himself, I said he has other obligations that keep him busy which by the way that's busy helping, our trying to help other people and since he was there for me and my family for nearly a year, this is a very small price to replay him, so stuff that in your hat and twirl on it. If you don't like it then that says something about you, not me.. It amazes me that you all just can't believe someone would step up to the plate to help someone else, too those of you, I truly pity you. Your why this country is going down the toilet and you probably don't even realize it or care. I did a lease at 1.25mi loaded fsc included. 1.15 mt fsc included. I had a bank roll of 20g starting the lease 46months later i had 22g. I barely made it. Bought new truck leased on with a mom pops company at 70%. With option to work load boards lease and o/o make same here I avg 2700 take home after fuel. All in im avg 1.10mi on all miles driven AFTER bills paid. Some weeks im 2800 other weeks im 4000 net.
Some leases are good but not 1 mi.

 

I make the same loaded and MT and what you have to make is completely dependant on expenses. It all depends on what's going out vs. What's coming in.
