    Yep, I'll be one of them. They told our 3 million mile guys their trucks will be used by others when they're not in them. So that says it all

    You get what you pay for! Their not gonna get much for 38 CPM. The company I came from R&L Carriers tried the same thing, and they had to reverse the policy, because they couldn't even get applicants.

    Its up to the mangers if they need to use the truck. But, like any other DC there is always trucks sitting due to PTO or other reasons.

    They don't care it's all about numbers now!! They are doing away with all the day cabs which no longer gives me a reason to work here..it is what it is lol
    I got an interview Thursday with an LTL company thats 1.2 miles from my house
