Pocket knife legal?

I believe 4” is the limit if you are crossing the border into Canada.

 

Canada does NOT have a blade length limit.

You can enter packing a Samurai Sword.

 

And be high.

 

Don't underestimate the trusty old claw hammer. It can make you look crazier...

 

Always have a decent knife on me. Never had an issue anywhere.
Even my pet raccoon has one lol

 

It can't have any type of spring assist like the Kershaw speed safe. The crown confiscated mine, I could have picked it up coming back, but they only hold them for 30 days and I wasn't coming back through that port.

What Canada lacks in firearms freedoms, we make up for in blades.

You can have two machetes strapped to your feet! You can turn your arms into Samurai Swords!

It is OK! You can pack them openly, or you can pack them concealed!

Actually, don't run around down the street with Samurai Swords, as you WILL attract attention from the Po Po!

The only act that restricts blades here, is the Liquor Control Act. You're not permitted to be in a drinking establishment packing a blade, unless you need it for some work you're doing in there.
