Yeah, I suppose that's fair. I know that when I was calling out over the last month+ I'd think I had a handle on where the rate was, and then I'd be off the mark by a pretty substantial amount, at least on my full vans. I guess I'm seeing it come back down to Earth a little, but not too crazily.

We got a lot of rain this week and lost a lot of loads because of that (lol produce). From what I can tell the market is down slightly (like 100-200 bucks on longer lanes to FL) out of south Texas and Nogales.

i tried out further north this week, did ok to chesapeke, va(2.35), pittsburg(2.70) and KY (1.90), now i got the truck heading out to LA from KY at 1.80 with 25k load, regretting it but its done, its nice for a change to do a long haul to be ready monday morning. will see how rates are there working back up to midwest area

LA means Louisiana right? If it means Los Angeles it might not suck THAT much. Not incredible, but definitely not garbage.
