    AOBRDs are cheap right now and will give you 2 more years before the full blown BS hits the fan...I got 2 units with all hookups for 350 bucks....They will stay in the box until December!
    These can be used just like a paper log if you are an owner-op or small company

    I pull my 48 foot enclosed trailer, converted into a camper/toy hauler with my commercial tractor that I use pulling flatbed while working.

    Drove from Florida to Colorado pulling my toy hauler with my commercial tractor that has all my required info posted on the tractor plus the commercial tag. Got stopped a few times at scales and on the interstate. Told them I was on PC vacation time. Blew their minds. Lot of head scratching going on with the Officers. Even had one call his headquarters for clarification. LOL

    Never got any ticket. None of the Officers knew how to explain Personal Conveyance. They would just wave me on.

    The PC option will have to be spelled out eventually as more and more drivers try to use that to justify moving the truck.
