If the op knew anything about loads. He'd realize he's griping for nothing.

I have to tell you that they give money to these companies to make money, it isn't a problem if they are making money. However the problem is when they don't make money while getting loads, so 10% is about right for the amount of work that has to be done.

Maybe you should look into being a broker for them, legally you can't until you hit 21 (I think because of the bond) so it is something you may look into.

I am not becoming a #### Broker . The way Bulgarian truck dispatch companies work is simple. They find loads from various websites and make a path for the Bulgarian Truck owner operators. If persay they find a good load that has a rate of about 4$ per mile for lets say 1000 miles the companies can easily take 1000$ or even more just because they know the Truck driver will still take a load for 2.50 per mile. Thats how they really make money because they don't have to show how much the initial load rate. So overall they make over 30-50k from one Bulgarian Truck Operator just for not being able to speak english. This is how things go under the table . Overall since i am Bulgarian and my grandpa knows almost every Bulgarian truck driver in IL i should have no problem getting 5 if not even more people to work with me. I don't see the point of becoming a broker money wise it really makes no sense. I have to go and get a ####ty bachelors degree which will probably cost me 100k+ and 4 years of my life as well. But I'm here trying to help some Bulgarians out and make a few bucks while at it but u smack me with the ####ty 6am-3pm job that will make me hate my life. Y u do this sir y

So you'll help the Bulgarians and Bulgarians only? It sounds to me like an exclusivity game. That's bigotry.
I can't begin to figure out how to tell you how much you don't know. But I don't think you know enough. Not nearly enough.
In a couple of years get yourself a driving job and learn the business and how the business really works.
In the meantime...you're 16 years old for pete's sake! Get a girlfriend. Or two. Buy a car. Party. Go to college even if you don't think it will do you any good. You might surprise yourself.
And quit arguing with the grownups, okay?

To help Bulgarians, go back to your country, become a politician and make people want to stay in their own country and not immigrate.

Since that wouldn't happen, listen to old men. Go get a bachelor degree while you can.
You can always become a trucking dispatcher, but you can't always become an engineer.
