Lol. I don't bash Schneider. I just tell the truth about my experience there so the guys looking at choice get an all around vision of the program, not just the good points. You obviously don't know anything about my operation here.

I don't run across country at all. I prefer to run east of the Mississippi. The past month I've been running between the Midwest & upstate NY. Lol. Once again, you have no idea what's possible here.

I only sit if I choose but I do a lot more sitting (by choice) than I did at Schneider cause I don't have to run as hard to make money here.

I've been really lazy the past two weeks, I've only done $3250 on 2000 miles & $3000 on 1800 miles. And this week isn't any better. Right now I've only got $1400 on 790 miles that I'll load tomorrow & deliver Friday morning. I'll get one more load over the weekend & end up with $2000 or better. But this is my fault cause I've been off since Friday afternoon.

Now, I'm sure you're not going to believe any of this & I don't care if you do. I worked way harder at Schneider than I do here. I'm making more profit on less miles ran.

Depends on what you call decent pay. When I was at Schneider I could get decent money going in but cheap leaving unless I was just going to Oklahoma with a short load.

This here is why sni won't stop the cheap rates...as long as they have suckers like this...this guy Absolutley has no clue...

Texas is loaded with IC's and it will only get worse with winter coming.

Used to could, run into Texas for 1.70 plus from about anywhere and get out for 1.30 range but it's tough to do regularly.

Today's reality is Sni has found a way to have drivers come onto the choice board and think that 1.30 to 1.40 average is "good money". Can drivers do better here? Yes but they're the exception not the normal.

Do I do better? Sometimes and sometimes not.

Why am I still here? If you find the answer to that let me know!

Sni is a starter company in almost every aspect, even it's " IC " program.

The 1st month on the program drivers think it's great. Then reality slowly sets in.

Most drivers don't make it a year on choice and those who do usually move on. A select few find what they're looking for and stay.

If you're a company driver now or a lease operator who is dispatched you will think it's a great deal. But that'll be short lived.

Whatever you decide go into it knowing Schneider only cares about Schneider's profit and could care less about it drivers.

Didn't used to be this way but it is now.

    Good luck.....

And a new agreement " contract " is coming next month so we will lose even more with it. I won't get into what may be in it so I don't take another beating on TTR but if they're spending money to redo it I'd bet there's a benefit to them included.
