    Glad it helped. I should have mentioned the truck is a 2016 Cascadia. Even so not all Cascadias will have the same dash gauge layout so what I did may not work on other specs.

    Remember the good ol' days when they were called cigarette lighters and the only extra things in your cab. Were a couple of 8 tracks and a female hitchhiker? Maybe a couple if empty cans of Colorado Kool Aid.

    Most modern truck drivers are so unaware of their surroundings that you could have a Playboy centerfold shoot going on the flatbed passing them and they'd never see it.

    I looked at the trucker gps on Amazon and mostly none of them have great reviews just 3 stars. Even the Rand mcnalley ones.

    I'm gonna stick with the road atlas then Google maps when I get in the town / city. Is that a good plan?

    That's the best way to check route restrictions,low clearance, no trucks,closed in winter,etc.....
