    Good day all,

I made a thread a couple years ago asking about sheetz, making another one asking for current updates.

Im thinking about applying this time around for a fuel delivery posistion. Getting tired of the monotonous door slamming. Really missing seeing a tanker behind me and actually using my head to complete the job.

Back two years I stopped and asked a delivery driver some questions and he was very informative, now im wondering whats changed.

Theres a few CLI drivers on here, but they dont look very active.

    Basically Im asking about:

    Compensation?
    Work schedule?
    Benefits medical/vision/dental? And other bennies?
    Vacation?
    401k?
Where is training/orientation Altoona, PA or the yard you work out of?

If your info is pre 2015, save your time. Thats what im current too. Im looking for updated info. One thing I know changed for sure was the schedule for new drivers. It was 4 on 2 off? Now its something like 5 on 2 off? I was told current drivers kept their old schedules.

    Still 12 hour shifts?

I heard starting pay is $22?

I would be out of the Sinking Spring, PA satellite yard.

Currently studying the hazmat manual, should be taking that test in a couple of weeks.

If you have good solid info on other local fuel haulers to berks county, like penn tank, brt, weavers, martins etc... that would be acceptable as well.

Thank you for your help and time.

    -Mark

Avoid Mennonite owned companies like Weavers and Martins. Cheapskates. Nice people but cheap.

I've heard nothing but good things about CLI, if I ever jump ship they would be in my top 3. I can't help you out to much but the equipment is flawless, training program extensive and starting pay is $24 an hour.

My buddy applied with them about a month think he said 25 and some change an hour 50-55 hours a week and I think for a face to face interview after checking him out was in carlisle maybe orientation is there too idk.I'll talk to him this week and found out more.Doubt he's gonna take it as he's making 2,000 a week otr pulling tankers but he did say it's a long process to get put on.

What would you like to know about the company I'm currently employed with CLI and I absolutely love it coming from the cryogenic industry which I thought was a lot better than gas hauling but my attitude has definitely changed since I've been here

Honestly, nothing at this time. I was really big on getting on with sheetz not long ago. Since then though, i got on with a foodgrade tank company that ive been waiting for a spot to open.

Thank you though for the reply. Sheetz will always be here, so if this doesnt work out, ill hit you up. The world is probably going to end, before my current gig doesnt work out just sayin. Lol.
