truck search by police

Something like that I got no problem with them looking. I got nothing to hide. Would want to help anyway I could in that situation.

 

I’ve never had anyone want to search inside the cab. But even if they found a pistol in your suitcase they wouldn’t be able to use it against you.

 

Nope. I took some selfies with troopers in pa and va. They were super cool. I spoke to the Michigan trooper the same way I spoke to others. Didn’t help. Some of them are there just to #### you up. And I will never let any pig search my truck period. Unless they happy being on record

Well a random inspection doesn’t give an officer the right to search your personal suitcase or belongings without a warrant. If he searches it without one and finds a pistol or knife or what have you, it’s admissible in court if he found it illegally

 

And I am by no means against cops. My brother in law is a cop, but I also know that you can’t let them walk all over you either.

 

Its just one of those random cases where he was in the wrong place at the wrong time perhaps the police got some tip off on someone smuggling illegal substances more than likely.

 

And that line tells me why you have so much trouble with leo's....

 

They r pigs. Only a ####### will think they are there to serve and protect....

 

Well guess I'm a donkey!! I have a lot of family and friends that are LEO's and lumping them all in is the same as what people do to us as Drivers! The news and internet only pointing out the bad few and not the 100's of thousands that are decent is why everyone thinks all are crap! Just my $.02...I could be wrong...but I don't think I am.
