those yoko's are USA made correct?

 

I had Toyo Pro Ex tires on my pickup, this summer I had a slow leak and went to Town Fair Tire to have it repaired. The clerk looked at the tires and said that they can't touch them since they are 14 years old . They only had 60,000 miles on them and had thread left but by law they couldn't be touched, I bought the exact same tires to replaced them.
I took care of them and checked them often for the slightest sign of trouble.

hmmm..........See thats what bothers me with steers- No longevity TODAY (Years ago when radials became popular over bias rubber harder compound,got 2 years on steers at least)

Dave, If you can find a 32nd steer tire, Try it out (continental maybe?) You currently are around a half inch left on only 40k miles- Think about it- You'll be replacing steers under 80,000 miles.. At $500 a piece or whatever...Thats a Pure Ripoff by the tire Boys.
