Yes, ABF accepted unnecessary concessions. Seven percent. I'm unsure of the pay rate there currently, but it wouldn't be a good place to be a new hire anymore due to the "red circle" language the union allowed. That lets the outside contractors run ABF's freight regardless of whether those new hires are sitting at home starving. Not a good situation currently.
