I'm sure you expected that with the safety rating that company has... Many more to come, just keep up on the truck and logs and u should be good... What state was this?

 

A lot of those violations are simple ones that drivers could have avoided. Wipers that don’t work, tires that are showing cords. A bad brake can.

I just drove I80 across Iowa, Nebraska, Wyoming, and now today I’m in Utah. It was cold but clear, nice, and pleasant. No problems. You will be passing right through here in Salt Lake in your way to CA. It’s almost 60 in SLC still.

Personally I like California. Call me crazy. I even got a level 1 inspection near Fresno and they were totally pleasant. I drive 60mph and never had a problem. I’ve stayed at the 49er truck stop. I think it costs $25 so don’t be shocked. But it’s secure, big, and locked so to me it’s worth it. From there you can continue on to SF easily.

 

The chowchilla scale north of Fresno is a good one to go around
