Walmart manager hit my leg with metal dock bar. Serious Suggestions?

I think its easy for all of us to sit back and say what we should've or would've done....... Especially if its not our paycheck that may be affected.

I think you did the right thing reported in immediately and went to the hospital. What you do now, I don't have a clue I dropped out of law school....

You've already contacted swift let them take from there.Doesn't sound like its too bad since you come on here rather then seeking medical help.

 

I would have gone to the hospital to get checked out. If needed I'd have taken short term disability/workers comp if I was told I would need to out of action for a period of time. Why make it a bigger issue than it needs to be?

I would have picked the bar up and knocked a hole in his chest. Then I’d have reached in through the hole and yanked out his still beating heart and ate it in front of him. Then I’d have picked him up and twirled him around like a baton while loudly proclaiming, “I AM THE MIGHTY THOR!”

But that’s just me.
