Walmart manager hit my leg with metal dock bar. Serious Suggestions?

I am 36, so on the older side of the millenials I guess. You know what my dad woulda done had I videoed some guy doing his job? Lets just say I wouldnt been sitting for a week, and he is in his 60s.

Yeah, I try to be. I have made one video my whole life and that was the ceiling of my apartment was leaking in the bathroom. The management didnt believe me so I made a 30 second video to prove them wrong.

 

Op, sorry if this happened exactly like you stated. I would call WM and have AP pull the surveillance footage they have from dock area... But I'm sure they are already doing this. And probably already know that you are airing this on an internet forum too.

 

Airing here is the stupid part. If they pull the video and one little detail differs from here than the video any good lawyer will rake him over the coals.

 

Yup... Never air anything publicly about an ongoing investigation or case. Especially on the internets, or the Facebook

 

Yep. I only use Facebook to stay in touch with my family. I have a lot of cousins. My grandmother died this year with 20 grandchildren and 66 great grandchildren and she was just short of 90 years old.

If i were having one of those days and was being recorded by some dumb #### who got his jollies out of it, I'd consider throwing the bar like a javelin at his face.

But #### me, I'd probably HELP the guy if he's having a hard-go with things. You know, try to make his day a bit easier, get myself out of there faster.... OP probably forgot his proper footwear at home and well 'I can't do dock work. All I've got are these here flip-flops.'
