I will I will never understand why there is so much hate towards 1099 positions. You're basically an owner-operator without 90% of the overhead and since you're an independent contractor everything's a write off. I guess I can see where some people would get in trouble doing it but if you're smart about it if you're smart about your expenses and what you write off at the end of the year you're pretty much golden I work with and accountant and they help me set aside a little bit of money every quarter to send to Uncle Sam to make sure that I don't owe at the end of the year if possible and is generally worked out pretty well for me it definitely took me a year to get the swing of it but I'm happy with 1099 I don't think I'd ever go back to W2. As far as the Russians go I don't have too many complaints about them yes the fact English as their second language can make some communication a bit difficult and you might have to get them to say or repeat the same thing a few times before you understand what they're talking about but again not something that's bothering me too much right now. The dispatcher who is in Europe speaks very good English I don't think he's Russian I believe he is from somewhere over there but I don't think he's russian. I haven't had any problem getting an advance if I needed it when I first started and I haven't had a problem at the first payment they've made I don't like that I get paid on Monday or Tuesday I think that's a weird day to get paid on but it is what it is I'd much rather get paid on Friday but that's just me. Perhaps tonight when I stop I'll do a pros and cons of the entire company in my experience with them from the start
