Ugh! Yesterday I found out exactly how bad our new insurance sucks. Just 1 of my scripts is now $249.00 a month. It was $60.00. 2nd one-$100.00. It was $10.00. No alternative really for the 1st one. 2nd one-a $50.00 alternative. This $3,000.00 deductible before the insurance picks up anything is total BS. Unless you have something bad happen, 99% of us won't reach that. Heck, the only time I'll be able to go to the doctor is a well visit, and even then, you have to make sure they code it correctly and don't order any tests, or you're out money. Abilene needs to step it up next open enrollment and get a better deal for us. Bennies are just as important as decent pay and decent equipment. They need to wake up and smell the coffee on this or I foresee a loss of drivers. Although, with the communication issues, I doubt anyone is hearing the complaints.

Is the suggestion box still in the lounge? I don't think I saw it last time I was there, although, I admittedly had more on my mind than looking for that. Off again until after thanksgiving. My mother is getting out of the rehab tomorrow, I have had so much stuff to do to get new clothes for her (she's lost 50 lbs. since March), groceries to the house, a handicap ramp built, and she has OMG so many doctor appointments/tests in the next 2 weeks that it isn't even funny. The 14th, 15th, 16th, 20th & 22nd! She STILL has MRSA as well. This infection is no freaking joke. It's like as soon as she finishes the antibiotics, it comes right back out and says,"I'm still here!" Not sure what is going to happen with work after that.

Went to Patient First this morning,in Chester,been having problems with my mouth.

Was advised would need to get oral surgery within the next 5 to 10 days,will call to set that up tomorrow.

 

Ouch!! Been there. Done that. Good luck. Pain in your teeth and mouth can make even the most bad arse folks cry!
