    No,it was literally a clean trailer. He said there’s no room for it even though there was clearly two open docks. He must have had a chip on his shoulder cause he had a stinky attitude. Maybe afraid to work?

    It’s a box truck gig. Business and home loads are delivered. But the only downfall is it’s a 1099( file your own taxes) and no benefits. Also why I didn’t take it...yet. I️ need the health ins. About to be a dad lol

    Depends on each facility. At our place we have a clerk that checks for cleaniness and basic damage. If it looks fine we allow them to drop it. When I hook up to it if the tandems arent locked all the way back and wont slide, then I, as the yard driver, have the responsibility to mark the trailer as down. We then call the company and make them send someone in to fix it or tow it out.

    You dont know if those doors are out of service or if they save them for other loads.

    My bet is you rolled in with an attitude and started demanding or cursing and he said screw you.
