    But i was as polite as i could be. And i don’t go anywhere acting like a dick. It’s simply not nice. Why are you trying to defend this dude like I’m in the wrong for doing my job? He was a lazy #### who probably didn’t want to work.

    If you have a kid on the way I’d stay with the benefits. What company do you work for? Try switching to swift Schneider etc.

    Cause you or no other driver knows the reason unless you work there. My facility has 100 doors. We keep 2 open per section for live drivers or reworks. You dont know if that guy was told to do that.

    Why didn't he let you back it in? Did you offer to do that? Im not one to hem drivers up. I am told I cater too much to drivers, but I will also not put my warehouse staff in danger if I feel the trailer is unsafe.
