If I wanted to be specialized in let’s say tankers how can you do it with no experience. Since I have all the endorsements I want to best use them.

Seriously, you just have to apply to a tanker position that doesn't require experience. Almost guaranteed to get a job in a week.

I did straight truck fuel delivering to farms, businesses and oil field drilling rigs. That’s one way to start. Then graduate up to semi truck tankers.

Be careful of some of the tanker programs. You'll end up a homeless Bedouin living in truck stops in South or West Texas. Dust and mud and pot-hole parking lots, and so-so checks will be your entire life.
