Yeah this whole section is done. I'll have 15k saved by the end of the year. Debating on IF I want to get a truck or not. My current gig is going downhill fast and I won't be making the coin I have in the past. I don't really want another company gig, because they're all the same

I'm still here and satisfied. I'm not seeing that much of 9'series. But the 13XXXX are just has bad as the 9 series. Freight is slow, but the rates are up a tad, not much.

Good also be the Schneider customer service has gotten them to the point where nobody wants them to haul their freight anymore...mxpx148 and freightwipper Thank this. -
I'm still company at sni . Got about 3 months left on my 1 year contract. Not going to be jumping ship or swapping to choice right away since I had to have all my teeth removed. I want to work that debt down a bit first.
We still have a few 9 series but generally they're ok. Our shop is decent. Then again I'm mostly pulling Walmart trailers with the occasional orange box.
Be safe out there man.JetFuel17 Thanks this. -
Freight is slow? lol yeah I'd agree with @drvrtech77 about things skyrocketing.
In the real world there is sooooooo much freight right now especially in some markets.
Example on Friday late afternoon I posted my truck available on Sunday.
On the board that weekend where I was there were 380 loads within 200 miles of me and 8 other posted trucks.
My phone rang non stop, I couldn't put in down. Multiple times got offers saying they want to load it Saturday but they can't get any trucks so they'd make it happen on Sunday.
You know what all that means, name your price time cause 99% sure they won't get the load covered.
When a carrier is supplying the loads and you don't know the real market conditions you could be hauling a load for 1/3 or 1/4 the price others are currently doing it for, maybe even less! No joke!
Now with the while elog thing coming it's going to make things even crazier.FullMetalJacket, hawkjr, RStewart and 3 others Thank this. -
The house stuff nah, not worried about it either. Out focused on working, others things not that important now.SingingWolf Thanks this. -
