First I don't haul in Atlanta, I hate it there. You need to have more information.
what kind of "dirt"? where in Atlanta? how much? who's loading it? -
I'm trying to get in the business so Im just trying to figure if it's worth it. Dirt for paving and pay rate like per ton.

Why would you say dirt cheap?

Call the local contractors and see what they quote you to deliver to your house. It will give a rough idea.

You can do hourly or by the load or by the ton. Call a local broker. Figure about $120/hr to the truck.
