I used to run like you. Caffeine to the max. I eventually found 200mg caffeine pills. It was normal to consume 3 at a time sometimes.
Caffeine will keep your eyes open but will not keep your brain functioning. You will either realize that on your own and slow yourself down a bit before one of a few things happen:
1. You are one of those guys that doesn't slow down for traffic slowing ahead and cause a multi vehicle multi fatality. Remember to bring a lifetime supply of lube to prison; you won't get out of this one.
2. A scale inspects you and puts you oos, regardless if what your book says.
3. Your body eventually just shuts off, regardless of caffeine level. With this continued behaviour, it will one soon day shut off permanently.
Is it worth it? Looking back- it was not to me. I didn't make any more money. When I rested I slept for the entire time, once a 4 day "vacation". I also got into trouble at a scale and was parked for 72 hours (that's the Canadian penalty) nevermind the $800 in tickets. My log was perfect but he told me he knows what I am doing so he is doing it anyway and he will see me in court. I had the penalty reduced significantly in the end. Still an exercise I did not enjoy.
Do not be afraid to tell them you are too physically fatigued to deliver on time. Strike against you? Absolutely. Live to see another day? Absolutely. You can gamble if you want. Just know what you're wagering and the expected payout should you win or lose.

If you are trying to have some serious health issues keep that up, it will be over painfully in a few years, change your thinking, You can go a lot farther with proper rest and nutrition. All you really need is 8 hours of sleep and your body repairs itself, your mind will be working as it should. You get a 10 hour break, go out at first and do a half hour walk, go wash up, go to bed, then when you wake do it in opposite, do the wash up, take a half hour walk, then get back to work. Plan your time with you in mind, unplug the video games and computer along with the tv.

Sugar is only about a 20 minute fix. The sugar crash will make you even more tired. How to get back the temporary energy? Sugar it up again. Repeat. Excellent way to get diabetes and gain a lot of weight as well.

Take a nap for God's sake. That's all there is to it.
