When I was a company driver they would pop for a hotel room for once in a while. But, if they aren't moving you they are failing. It's a 150k truck and probably a 25k trailer sitting(used old). Plus the driver. On the OO side it was 2150 on 800 miles down. 300 mile DH . 4200 on 1200. I get 64%. It's huge money imo. You should not sit. SNI is disorganized , but it's huge. Huge isn't really efficient.

Time/Date Arrived, Location, Time/Date Departed, Total hours, Travel order, and reason (layover, dispatch delay, cust delay, extra time on the load)
Do that for everything, loading/unloading/layovers EVERYTHING
send it in weekly and get paid.
